1 I would like to order your course but I do not have a credit card. How can I go about it?
Answer: Besides ordering with a credit card, we also provide options so that you can purchase our course using a money order or wire transfer.
Print out the following link and choose the course you are interested in. Then send in your money order with the form.

If you would like to purchase the course using a money transfer, you may do so by using Western Union. Go to http://www.westernunion.com and locate the offices in your country. With Western Union, you have a choice of using money order or wire transfer. You can send /wire the payment to Yoke Wong.
We also accept money orders issued by the post office (USA). Please note with personal check and money order, it takes a few days to clear the payment We will ship the product once payment is cleared. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive the product.
Please email us your transaction ID (if you choose to wire the payment via Western Union) along with your address so that we can ship the product.
2. I live outside of USA. Do you ship your products to my country? How long does it take?
Answer: We ship to more than 70 countries in the world using USPS (United States Postal Service). If you live on this planet, chances are we can ship product to you :).
Most customers receive their products within 2-4 weeks. Some take longer. It depends on your country and the length of time it takes to clear customs.
3. I am a beginner and have never taken any piano lessons before. What course would you recommend?
Answer: Our courses are designed for those who already know a little bit about piano playing through either lessons or being self-taught. Currently we do not offer a complete beginners course. There are many beginner courses on the market that may suit your needs.

4. How long will it take to see improvement on my playing after using your courses?
Answer: This is a tricky question to answer because everyone starts with different piano experience, practice times vary, and everyone learns differently.
Those who practice consistently usually make faster progress (within weeks). We receive testimonials on a daily basis from our satisfied customers who apply and use the course diligently.
We are so confident with our product, we stand behind it. If you do not find our product satisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping cost. We have sold thousand of products and have less than 1.5% refund rates. The industry standard is 15-20%.
5. I am from a different country (non -US). I'm wondering what currency is used to purchase your course? Is there a charge for currency conversion by the credit card company?
Answer: All of our courses are produced and shipped from the USA. We charge US dollars. Each credit card company charges a minimal conversion fee when converting different currency to US dollars. You may check with your credit card company to confirm the rate. The currency rate varies every day.
6. I work full time without lots of time to practice. I already play piano and can read some music. Will this course help me?

Like all things, piano playing takes practice. If you can spend about 15-25 minutes a day on the piano, it will help tremendously.
7. Do you give private lessons?
Answer: Not any more. Teaching private students only allows me to help one student at a time. With the aid of a dvd home study course, more people can learn and benefit from the course. Nowadays, I spend most of my time developing new courses to help piano players.
8. I live in Hong Kong. Do you have an office in my country where I can browser your product before ordering it?
Answer: Our main office is in the USA. We ship everything from our fulfillment center located in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Opening up offices in different countries would not be cost effective (we sell products to more than 70 countries!)
9. I would like to purchase the course, can I use payment plan?
Answer: We provide payment plans for definitive piano improvisation course. Payment plans can only be used with a credit card. Subsequent payment will be charged automatically onto the credit card every 30 days. Here is a link to purchase the course with monthly payment plan:
